Former Davidson Day School basketball standout Isaiah Denis and his current college team, the North Carolina Tar Heels, were defeated 82-78 by the VCU Rams in the NCAA Tournament on Thursday, March 19.

The matchup took place at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, with tipoff at 6:50 p.m.
