On Saturday, Feb. 28, standout former North Mecklenburg High School player Isaiah Evans took the court as the Duke Blue Devils defeated the Virginia Cavaliers 77-51.
The 6-foot-6 sophomore forward and guard put up 19 points, three assists and one steal over 28 minutes on the floor.
Evans and the Blue Devils will play North Carolina State Wolfpack on the road next, scheduled for Monday, March 2 at 7 p.m.
One running event is scheduled to take place in the East Lake Norman during the week ending May 1, offering an opportunity for adults to compete, stay active, and take part in organized races.
