Healing for the Heart Support Group
Description
This group is designed for mothers and family members whose birth experience was different than what they had imagined it to be. If you experienced a difficult delivery in which you are struggling to cope with, please join us on the fourth Wednesday of every other month at 6pm. Our goal is to provide a safe environment to share experiences. You will receive support and resources to help you cope with the emotions and stress you may be feeling. You are not alone.
