Cornelius home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Cornelius fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 75.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 114 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 2.2% decrease over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Cornelius in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Cornelius for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,527, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
