Town Of Mooresville issued the following announcement on Jul. 15.
In an effort to support businesses during the COVID-19 lockdown, the Town of Mooresville suspended strict enforcement of sign regulations. During this time, the Town noticed a significant increase in signage being placed on power poles. This type of signage is not permitted. Because COVID restrictions have been lifted, the Town has resumed regular sign enforcement. Signage located on power poles will be removed and anyone associated will be fined in accordance with the Town of Mooresville Zoning Ordinance.
