County of Iredell issued the following announcement on Aug. 5.
Silver Sneakers EnerCHI is a NEW signature class, a spin on Tai Chi using proven poses to improve balance, strengthen muscles and help members find their inner CHI. It's low impact and modifications are provided to lower or raise the intensity.
