Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
The Town Board of Commissioners recently approved Land Development fee changes. These will become effective October 1, 2021.
A preview of these changes can be viewed online .
All projects submitted on or after October 1, 2021, will be subject to the new pricing. Please direct any questions to the Planner or Engineering Staff you are working with.
