Huntersville Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.
Butts and Gutts is a 45 minute class that focuses primarily on the core and lower body. Planks, lunges, squats and cardio are always on the menu, a little floor work will also be thrown in. Participants will need a mat, towel and water and a desire to have fun! Class is open to all fitness levels 18 years of age and up.
Class will meet on the top deck of the Discovery Place Kids Parking Deck, downtown Huntersville.
Fee $10 per person and to be paid onsite to instructor.
