The last time this property sold was April 27, 2007. It last sold for $44,000.

So far in September 2021, eight properties sold in Huntersville.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Cesar Cruz Rodriguez, 20, was the only registered voter residing at 12025 Alamosa Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
