There's still time to give your opinion about our Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)! The UDO will be a user-friendly, modern set of regulations to guide development and land use within the Town of Mooresville and its extraterritorial jurisdiction. The Planning & Community Development department has a series of virtual meetings set up this week (October 6, 7 & 8) and next week (October 11, 12, 13 & 14) so you have a few chances to share your thoughts with us.
