Cornelius home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Cornelius rose by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 19.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,500 - a 22% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Cornelius in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Cornelius for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,527, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
