September 2021: Home prices in Davidson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Davidson rose by $154,000 while total sales decreased by 9.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $571,750 - a 36.9% increase over the $417,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Davidson in September 2020.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2021.
