Huntersville home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Huntersville rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 414 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 473 homes sold in Huntersville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Huntersville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,486, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
