The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Davidson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Davidson rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 20.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 111 homes sold, with a median sale price of $535,000 - a 17.6% increase over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 139 homes sold in Davidson in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
