Town of Mooresville issued the following announcement on Oct. 17.
Iredell County Emergency Communications has received notification that AT&T Central Office located in Statesville is reporting a networking issue.
AT&T Ticket #ED069451 indicated that any landlines attempting to call 911 from the below prefixes may experience difficulty with routing to the correct 911 resource. There is no estimated time of repair given at this time.
Citizens are able to reach the 911 center by using the non-emergency number 704-878-3039.
The following telephone number prefixes are those potentially affected by the networking issue.
