Town of Love Valley issued the following announcement on Oct. 23.
Bring the kids out for a great time and great experience. They can either trick or treat off the back of their horse or they can jump on the Hay ride and go around to several different places to trick or treat! It is completely free and parents are welcome to ride with their kids
