October 2021: Home prices in Huntersville increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Huntersville rose by $61,750 while total sales decreased by 29.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,750 - a 18.8% increase over the $329,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Huntersville in October 2020.
