Town of Cornelius issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
The Town of Cornelius is seeking interested contract service providers to conduct its movie series program in 2022. A mandatory preproposal meeting is scheduled for November 15, 1 p.m., at Cornelius Town Hall, and bids are due December 7, 2021, by 2 p.m.
Our series is typically four movies per year at various locations throughout town. Additional details on the series, along with how to submit a proposal, are provided in the attached RFP. Download the RFP.
Please note that a mandatory preproposal meeting is scheduled for November 15, 2021, 1:00 pm at Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue. Attendees will learn more about the movie series, understand the submittal requirements, and have the opportunity to ask questions of Parks and Recreation staff.
