Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Feb. 16.
A portion of Eastfield Road will be closed from Friday, February 18 at 8 PM until Monday, February 21 at 6 AM to install/replace drainage pipe across the road. The closure will occur just west of Prosperity Church Road. The detour utilizes Prosperity Church Road, Benfield Road, DeArmon Road, and Browne Road. Eastfield between Browne Road and Prosperity Church Road will be open to local traffic ONLY.
