January 2022: Home prices in Davidson increased

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Davidson rose by $62,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $497,500 - a 14.4% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Davidson in January 2021.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,445, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
