Town Of Mooresville issued the following announcement on July 1.
If you are signed up to receive electronic utility statements using a Gmail address, there is currently an issue with email delivery.
Our third-party vendor has reached out to Google and is working on resolving the issue.
You can call the Utility Billing office at 704-663-3800 to obtain your balance information and pay OR you can log in to your account and update the email address on file and/or revert to paper statements.
