County of Iredell issued the following announcement on July 5.
Early Voting for the Runoff elections for Statesville Mayor and two (2) At-Large seats as well as the elections for Mooresville Commissioners Wards 3 and 4 will begin on Thursday, July 7th at 8 am. Early voting will be held at the Board of Elections office in Statesville and at the War Memorial Building in Mooresville. See the attached link for One Stop dates and times. There is NO voting on Monday, July 25th. For further information, contact the Board of Elections at 704-878-3140.
