Towns of Cornelius Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
The Towns of Cornelius and Davidson are excited to bring back youth basketball for their 25th year! Priority registration for Cornelius and Davidson residents only will be held October 1-7 . Registration will then extend to residents of all towns October 8 - November 11, or until full. This program is open to boys, ages 5-16, and girls, ages 5-14. Thank you to Title Sponsor Lineberger Orthodontics for supporting this longstanding community program.
Volunteers are always needed! We can't run the league without volunteer coaches, scorers, and timekeepers.
Sponsors are also needed! Local businesses, please consider sponsoring a team, which supports our scholarship program. This is a great way to give back to the community and spread your brand awareness.
