Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
The Town of Huntersville has launched a new online platform to seek more community input on projects, events, initiatives, and opportunities that shape our community. The platform will help address the challenges of engaging stakeholders from across the Huntersville community on a variety of projects both large and small.
"It is important for us to seek engagement from long-time residents as well as newcomers, business owners, community organizations, and visitors,” said Bobby Williams, Assistant Town Manager. “We want to hear from all stakeholders and make it convenient for them to participate in our local government.”
The first survey on the new platform focuses on how residents want to receive information from the Town. It is available from the homepage of the Town’s website, www.huntersville.org, as well as the new portal, https://publicinput.com/portal/J3452. A second survey focusing on the listening sessions for the new Town Hall project is also listed.
PublicInput is a community engagement software that equips governments with the technology needed to listen, communicate, and make informed decisions.
