Town of Huntersville issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
Due to the forecasted weather for Saturday, December 31, the Town's Noon Year's Eve Celebration has been moved to SATURDAY, JANUARY 7.
The event will still occur from 10 a.m. - Noon at Birkdale Village.
This event will serve as the Kickoff Event for the Town's Sesquicentennial Celebration.
