Town of Mooresville issued the following announcement on Jan. 4.
With an increase in development in Downtown Mooresville and recent public investments, the Town is interested in creating a Downtown Streetscape Master Plan.
The Town desires improving the primary Downtown corridors into attractive walkable and bikeable places.
The Town is requesting proposals from qualified firms that will, in part, evaluate the current guiding documents for the downtown area, current conditions of the downtown streetscape environment, and prioritize the corridors well-suited for capital improvement projects.
