Town of Cornelius Parks & Recreation issued the following announcement on Dec. 28.
Kids ages 5-14 years old are encouraged to sign up for Tiny Blooms Yoga, sessions starting January 3! In these six-week sessions, children will learn how to improve their self-confidence, mood, and concentration while being able to decrease anxiety and stress levels through stretching. Both the Kids Yoga (5-10 y/o) and Tweens Yoga (10-14 y/o) require registration. Learn more and register at https://www.cornelius.org/747/Yoga-for-Youth
