0Comments

Town of Davidson issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.

As the Charlotte region grows, transportation demands increase at the same rapid pace. One of the goals of the Charlotte Area Transit System’s (CATS) 2017 transit planning study was to create an integrated bus rapid transit (BRT) system along the I-77 north corridor, which includes Davidson as well as Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville, and the City of Charlotte. Included will be mobility hubs and local and express connections.

Davidson residents are invited to a virtual public meeting on Thursday, November 18 at 5:30 p.m. During the meeting, representatives will share information about potential Park and Ride and I-77 express lane direct connect locations.

Those interested in more information, access a digital fact sheet here or find more details on the City of Charlotte CATS page here.
