The developer, River Run Limited Partnership, proposes to develop 50.9 acres at 18500 Shearer Rd. to accommodate a 90-unit residential development. The proposal includes a park and open spaces as well as numerous multi-use paths.

You are invited to attend a public input session on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Davidson Town Hall, 216 South Main Street, Davidson, North Carolina. The purpose of the meeting is to review the development proposal and solicit feedback.
