You must have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to obtain the following within one year of hire:
• N.C. Firefighter II Certification
• N.C. Emergency Medical Technician or Higher
• N.C. Class B Driver’s License
• Emergency Vehicle Driving Certification
• NIMS 100,200,700,800
*Requirements can be achieved in compensated recruit classes upon hire
