In August 2021, the Town of Mooresville applied to renew its existing Stormwater Permit from the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality. This permit requires The Town to draft a new Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) to be used over the next 5 years of the new Permit cycle beginning in 2022. An information session will be held to allow the Public a chance to comment on the Town’s Current Stormwater Management Plan (2017-2021), ask any questions about the Stormwater Program, and provide input for the Draft Stormwater Management Plan that will be implemented in 2022.
