TOWN OF MOORESVILLE: Take a Holiday Photo with the 1938 Mooresville Fire-Rescue truck & Give Back to Those in Need

Towns of Mooresville issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.

Need a great backdrop for your family holiday photo? Want to incorporate a piece of Mooresville history as the Town gets ready to celebrate 150 years?

Mooresville Fire-Rescue’s 1938 fire truck will be on display outside of Town Hall on December 3-4, 10-11, and 17-18. Residents can take photos with the truck by donating at least one canned food item. The canned food will be donated to Christian Mission and Feed NC to help our neighbors in need this holiday season. Photos can be taken between 9 a.m. & dusk.

Please abide by the following rules:-Bring own camera and/or photographer-Be mindful of others waiting in line to take photos-Bring at least 1 canned food item to donate-Do not damage or harm the 1938 fire truck
