Town of Mooresville issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
Due to the transition to Paymentus, all customers are currently receiving a paper statement.
Paymentus eBill registration will be live in the coming weeks.
In the interim, customers can create an account (previous online accounts were offered through a different software) using this link https://ipn.paymentus.com/cp/moou and selecting Register Now.
Customers can manage their account and make payments online through the Paymentus portal.
