Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville, North Carolina, will host a blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and will be held in Community Rooms A and B at the medical center's location on 171 Fairview Road.
The blood drive is open to the public, and those interested are encouraged to make appointments. Participants are required to bring photo identification.
"The American Red Cross is always in need of blood," organizers stated. They highlighted that "patients are counting on donors to show up." Due to a recent shortfall in blood donations, there is an urgent need for donors.
