The CEO of Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, Alec Grabowski, recently engaged in a ride along with the Mooresville Police Department. The visit commenced at the department's headquarters in Mooresville, where First Assistant Police Chief Frank Falzone provided Grabowski with a briefing and tour. As part of the experience, Grabowski received the Mooresville Police Department’s Challenge Coin, a token given to commemorate significant events and partnerships.

Grabowski shared his reflections on the experience: “Having the opportunity to participate in a ride along with deputies from the Mooresville Police Department was a rewarding experience,” he said. He praised Officers Cody Wyrick-Smith and Austin Huynh as "great people and excellent law enforcement officers." During his time with them, Grabowski observed both day-shift and night-shift routes, gaining insight into how these officers maintain safety for the citizens of Mooresville. He expressed satisfaction in knowing that such skilled professionals are available to protect their town.
