MOORESVILLE, N.C. – In recognition of Heart Health Awareness Month, Bernadette Joyce, M.S., R.D., LDN, from Lake Norman Regional Medical Center's Dietary Services, will host a free online seminar titled "Nutrition and Heart Health." This event is scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, from 12 to 1 p.m.
The seminar aims to highlight the importance of consuming healthy foods for overall well-being and maintaining heart health. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about these topics from a registered dietitian.
